Since I just started my site in March 2017, I have a lot of past ‘adventures’ to post about. This year for reading week I spent most of my time hanging out with friends and family close to home, so I thought I would post some photos from last year’s reading week.
My friend and I went to Victoria, BC for a few days. It was nice to get away and recuperate. We were able to fit in a lot of activities for the short period (3 days, 2 nights) that we were there.
The places we were able to experience were (in no particular order):
- Craigdarroch Castle
- The Butterfly Garden
- Clover Point
- Sooke
- Fisherman’s Wharf
- The Harbour and Government Building
- Butchart Gardens
- High Tea at the Empress Hotel
If you asked me, I could not pick a favourite. Each activity had its own merit. Below are a few of my favourite pictures, that I took.
